How does OffGamers Points work?
OffGamers Points is given upon successful transaction(s) made for any products listed on the OffGamers website. Regular members will receive a standard amount of points based on the product(s) purchased. However, it doesn’t end there! This reward system is beneficial to gamers who are loyal and devoted to OffGamers. The greater the loyalty, the greater the rewards.
Please refer to the following table for the reward points entitlement for each membership status.
- Bronze - Up to 2x OffGamers Points
- Silver - Up to 3x OffGamers Points
- Gold - Up to 4x OffGamers Points
- Platinum - Up to 5x OffGamers Points
Important Note:
- OffGamers Points is not provided on some products.
- OffGamers Points is not given for Store Credit purchases. OffGamers Points will be given when using the store credit to purchase our products.
- OffGamers Points may vary from time to time.
- OffGamers Points shown on the checkout page are finalised.
When am I able to use my OffGamers Points?
Once you have at least 50,000 OffGamers Points, you can redeem it to store credits. This is subject to change as we are continuously gathering feedback from our valuable customers.
If I attempt to redeem OffGamers Points to Store Credits, will it be converted instantly?
The conversion to Store Credits will not be immediate but will take place within 2 working days of your request being made. We will update you by email once the credits have been successfully converted and transferred to your OffGamers account.
Who is eligible to benefit from the OffGamers loyalty scheme?
All OffGamers members will be entitled to benefit from this program.
How do i monitor/redeem OffGamers Points from the OffGamers loyalty Scheme?
Step 1: Register an account/log into your existing account and click on My Account, followed by OffGamers Points.
Step 2: Once you had selected on OffGamers Points, you’ll be directed to your OffGamers Points inventory cart which it will state how many points you have earned and allow you to redeem to store credits. You will need to accumulate at least 50,000 OffGamers Points for store credits redemption.
Step 3: By clicking on the green ‘redeem into USD$ Store credits’ tab, you should then be able to see the following page to inform you that the redemption is successful.
How much in store credits is 10,000 OffGamers Points?
10,000 OffGamers Points is equivalent to USD $1.00 in Store Credits after redemption has been completed. However, note that, you can only redeem your OffGamers Points once you have accumulated 50,000 OffGamers Points, which can be exchange to USD $5.00.
Which means, each point is equivalent to 5.00/50000 = USD 0.0001
PS: Please take note that it's not exchangeable into Cash money.
Why I didn't receive OffGamers Points for my order?
OffGamers Points will not be provided if the products are on promotion/discount. Or you can check at our products page and if it show "0", there is no OffGamers Points for that products.
